Having Jerrod work with me as a buyer and seller has been great! I appreciate and enjoy his knowledge about the process of buying and then selling. He has guided me through some forms because he wants to make sure I feel comfortable with everything. He took care of things when I was out of town and helped with coordinating work with contractors. I have an update to my original review from 2021. This was our third transaction with Jerrod, and once again we could not be happier with our choice. Jerrod is an incredible agent - detailed oriented, super knowledgeable, goes above and beyond with presentation, very easy to get along with, and gives you honest feedback when you need it. We really felt Jerrod was our biggest advocate as both buyers and sellers. Cannot recommend him enough! 2021 review: I can't recommend Jerrod enough.
