San Clemente Apartments

These apartments are clean and the office staff is very helpful. I enjoy the pools and walking to the playground because the landscaping in beautiful. The price for a 2 bedroom is decent and the unit is spacious and comes with a washer and dryer. San Clemente is a good place to live in Gilbert, Arizona.1

We have lived here since April and have loved living here! The apartment is spacious and clean with high ceilings and brand new carpets. The maintenance guys have always been very prompt and helpful whenever we have had a problem. The neighbors are all friendly and the location is great. Quiet and peaceful setting with plenty of parking. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because the move-in process was a bit too complicated and some of the amenities in the apt are outdated.

Deidre is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, and she truly cares about everyone she helps. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend this place—and definitely ask for Deidre! She turns the process of finding a new home into something exciting rather than stressful!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I currently still live here, and I would love to point out a few things -understaffed -random fines - never fix anything -Apartments come as the last owner left them - kids here love jumping on cars and throwing rocks at them and the pool areas are always trashed - front office can care less about your issues - front office never answers their phone - they do not reimburse you if your paying for utilities that don’t even work - up your rent randomly Along with all of this, I just want to say, I have lived here for over a year now, when I moved in there was broken windows, stove didn’t work, washer and dryer didn’t work, microwave didn’t work, shower was leaking, had no cold water, and the place was disgusting.
