San Carlos Apartments Scottsdale

I lived at San Carlos for about 2 years and I had great experience. You cannot beat the location in North Scottsdale. The leasing office manger and assistant managers were extremely welcoming and helpful. They were very understanding when I needed a friend to stay with me to assist with my elderly, very sick dog. Always followed up promptly with questions and concerns. Just the best lesing office I have dealt with. Maintenance was friendly, fast and efficient. The grounds were kept beautifully and there are many convenient grassy areas to take your dog. I ,personally, had a fab experience overall. I recommend!

I rented an apartment here at San Carlos Apartments. I have been here almost 4 months and I am forced to move because of lack of security. A rude property manager and worst of all a sewage back up in my bathroom of raw sewage that filled my bathtub and toilet in the guest bathroom. It turned out that the resident upstairs from me was flushing boxes of cat litter down the toilet above. It was a horrible experience that still has not been taken care of. They refused to have my apartment cleaned and to get the proper air testing to determine the bacteria that I was living in for over 3 months. The property manager never came to my apartment. After living in several Scottsdale apartments over the last 10 years, we moved 5 months ago to San Carlos. We knew what we were looking for and read all the reviews we could find. We visited and toured several places before deciding to lease here. Although an older complex, it's been totally renovated and there have been updates to the exterior just since we moved in. The grounds are well kept by landscapers and new pool furniture was just added. The office staff-Angie and Lynn are just the very best in all of Scottsdale and are supported by the exceptional maintenance staff of Mark, Adam and Bill. You will not find better in this city! The rental fees are very reasonable and the added utility fees are minimal compared to other apartments we have lived in. Our neighbors smile and say

This is my honest review of San Carlos Apartments in Scottsdale at 9494 E Redfield Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. I've rented apartments for 20 years and this is the best, nicest place I've ever rented. I lived here 3 years, from April 2022 to April 2025. Lauren reminds me of a real estate agent from Beverly Hills, she is so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Lauren understands the renters market in Scottsdale better than anyone. Lynn is the most dedicated, hardest working woman you will find. She is always at her desk and always willing to help. Mark, the maintenance man is so nice. Mark is always on the property working and helping. My apartment was so nice, corner unit with views of McDowell Mountains. It was so quiet and peaceful. I feel like I'm at a five star resort. The management staff, and the maintenance are superb. I have been here for 3 years. The landscaping and parking lots are well maintained. The temperature in the heated pool is kept at a proper temperature to be able to use, and the fire pit makes it nice to sit around after a swim.
