I’ve lived here for two years now, and I can honestly say I absolutely love it. (I live in the townhomes, not the apartments.) I am about to move to a 3 bedroom and sign my 3rd lease here. I’ve always had positive experiences with the office staff—Laura is always polite, professional, and helpful. Maintenance is a 10/10. Any time I’ve had to call them, they’ve responded within an hour or two and resolved the issue quickly, usually within 10 minutes. I really can’t say enough good things! I’ve never had any problems with bugs or rodents. My neighbors are friendly and quiet, and I feel like I have plenty of privacy. It honestly feels like I’m in my own little house—I often forget I even have neighbors so close by.
We lived here from 2022-2024. The price for the amount of space we got was great and I loved our E floor plan. The best part of this apartment in my opinion was that we never had pest issues, so whatever they’re doing for pest control works great. The apartment was generally peaceful, although a few times we’d look out the window at night and see cop cars and they’ve had issues with mailbox break-ins. The location next to the beltway was very convenient but they’ve closed the feeder down to one lane for almost a year now so that is a consideration if you’re moving to the apartments side of the complex. Also, if you are looking at a second floor unit, make sure you take notice of the condition your staircase is in. Our number one issue was the a/c. When the weather got above 80 it just st
10/10 would absolutely recommend. I have been here right at a year now and I absolutely love it and just renewed my lease for another year. The townhomes specifically, are spectacular. I’ve only had to call maintenance twice, once to switch out my smoke detector and once to change the wall plug for my dryer to fit my model dryer. Each time I put in a request for maintenance they came with in the hour. I have gone through a full summer and winter, AC/heater work great. NO BUGS OR PEST. Great, QUIET community. Love it here! Office staff, Laura, is always friendly and helpful!
Warning! Do not pay the deposit! My experience with this property was deeply disappointing. We spoke with Angel, who showed us the townhomes and presented everything in a very positive light. Given our urgent need to relocate, we were transparent from the beginning about our situation. Angel encouraged us to pay the $300 deposit quickly, assuring us that the process would move forward smoothly. However, after submitting the deposit, we were informed of a broken lease first attributed solely to my wife, then later to me as well. This inconsistency raised concerns. Angel then stated that we would need to pay $3,000 to move in, which was never mentioned prior. I declined, as this amount was unreasonable and unexpected. Angel later confirmed on a recorded line that our deposit would be retu
Terrible Experience – Do NOT Rent Here! I don’t even know where to begin with how bad my experience was at this apartment. When I moved in, it was FILTHY – dirt and dust everywhere. It felt like no one had bothered to clean before I arrived. But that was just the start of the nightmare. Every single time I turned on the AC or tried to use the oven, the ENTIRE apartment would lose power. I’m an HVAC and electrical professional, so I know a thing or two about systems. But even with my expertise, I couldn’t get this place to work properly. The power constantly tripped, and I had to wait on emergency maintenance multiple times. Not exactly the “home sweet home” experience I was hoping for. And speaking of HVAC...the AC unit was ridiculously old. It used so much electricity that my monthly elec
