Samuel Tabas Apartments

I have lived at these apartments that stand on the border of Pennypack Park for almost three years now. I am on the fourth floor with a view from window that I have wanted all my life. Almost every night and day I get to see Nature's beauty.. whether it's the change of seasons or the wildlife that comes into the grassy area in back of the building. Next door there is a school and it is pleasant to hear the children's voices as they socialize in their play areas.

I visited this 11-story senior building and was shocked to find that out of three elevators, only one is working — and this happens every single day. For a place where elderly residents live, this is completely unacceptable. Many people here rely on walkers or wheelchairs, and waiting endlessly for one elevator is unsafe and exhausting. I honestly wonder how emergency services like ambulances or police are supposed to reach residents quickly in a situation like this. Management needs to take this issue seriously and fix it as soon as possible.

I lived here since July. I am very very happy here. It’s a beautiful kept building thanks to maintenance. Sorry I don’t know all their names. The women in the office are hard workers. And again I apologize for not knowing all their names. I do know Amy and Kelly two great women. It took a little bit to get in here but well worth the wait. Thank you everyone! I am forever grateful!
