I would give zero stars if I could. Natalie Taylor is the worst property manager ever. Super unprofessional and VERY nosy. Be careful at this complex. She acts like she owns it and even moved her family and friends over here. Friends that were already in housing too. I tried renewing my lease and she kept making annoying excuses saying “I have a lot of people ahead of you” or “your recertification isn’t complete” even though I filled out every single paperwork. Never got a call back about my recertification like she said she would. But she did call me over something completely made up. Saying my kids father had family members that live here and there was a report made on him. Since when? Just say you’re trying to make room for more friends, Natalie. The apts are nice but property management Dorothy chavera is very unprofessional and harasses tenants for no reason at all. I have reported her and the apts do nothing. She makes this place terrible to live at
