Karen Schiro is Amazing! I have been negligent in my delay in posting this review, but in actuality, the more time spent knowing Karen has strengthened what I know and adore about her. In 2024, a close friend referred me to Karen to help in our home purchase in the DMV. Karen's knowledge and expertise showed from the very start. Received an unsolicited phone call from "Skip," it took three requests before he revealed that he works for Samson Properties. This business is using scammy sales tactics, do not recommend.

I have very bad experience with them. The agent name was Candyce Astroth and I think she was racist. I made appointment to see the property but no one showed up. I called the agent and she said you didn’t confirm the appointment. I told her I sent the text back on Zillow that I am coming to see the property. I asked her are you coming or I leave she told me she is on her way and be there. I waited there for more than 45 minutes. I called her again she said couple more minutes I should be there. Finally she came didn’t apologize I told her I am waiting here for long time she didn’t said anything. I showed her the message that delivered 27 hours ago and she said I didn’t receive it.
