I just happen to be driving down this area and I found an apartment complex complex. I live in Columbus Georgia, but I’m looking For a new apartment in Columbia South Carolina I met this leasing agent getting the mail from the mailman and I asked her do y’all have any one or two bedrooms available? I wasn’t even on the paperwork to get a tour. She took the tool for me to show me the apartment. I am so I am going to get that two bedroom apartment and it’s a wonderful complex my dog love it. The staff is very generous. The community is very generous and it’s very clean out there the apartments was immaculate. This is the place to live that

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. The leasing manager definitely played in my face and ie very rude. I moved into an apartment that was move-in ready. The apartment needed some more work done to it and we agreed that she would get it fixed. She explained to me that they were short staffed and they had vendors come in. The vendors painted the counter tops black with paint . Painted the tub and the sink. She knew it wasn’t ready. I’m not able to move my furniture in because the apartment is roach infested. She’s going to tell me she can’t transfer me because I knew the conditions. Minor things to fix and roaches are not the same. It even got stuck in my daughter ear and she had to go to the ER. I’m sure she doesn’t go home and have to sleep with roaches. All I ask was for a transfer to another apa

So my experience with this company has been wonderful we arrive and explain to Khadeja my uncle situation and everything got handled within seconds he came from the sister property and she just jump right into action. All hero’s don’t wear capes they just come as beautiful as she is. She’s an angel and we are grateful to have her assisting my uncle. They pick the right person to work here. Everyone should come see her she’s the best. Thank you again for great customer service and your hospitality your amazing.

They don’t deserve any stars. Anybody that left a review trying to say they had a great experience is lying!!!!! Samara East apartments are TRASH!!!!!!! Property is ran down the apts are nasty infested with roaches has mold no hot water no heat!! I’ve been here for a week I was moved into a nasty unclean unit where homeless ppl were living. The tubs sinks and toilets all need to be replaced!!!!!! Brand new stove with no cord I have no hot water in the kitchen!!! The first unit I was suppose to move was NASTY roach eggs and roaches mold the kitchen drawer had the previous tenants belongings in it. They moved me to another unit where I am now it’s nastyyyyyyy!!!!!! They had ppl come from Florida to help do nothing!!!! The girl in the office doesn’t care she is so nonchalant!!!! But had the a
