A Realtor who REALLY cares. I tried to sell my home on my own as I have done in the past, but Selling a house in this market of today can be very stressful. After needing to sell my fathers' home, as well as needing to purchase another house, my father got in contact with Samantha. She was able to find 100's of listings within the week, but none really stood out. After she said it's crunch time for my father to make a decision, she sent us a house that was on the market for only 8 hours. This was Friday. I contacted her the next day, which was Saturday, and she had an open house I forgot about. She reserved the time to meet at the location my father and I were interested in, and this was by far the nicest of all the listings, for the price. My dad told her he'd take it, and just a short, few days later, everything is closed. I HIGHLY recommend Samantha and her team. GREAT REALTOR. We had not moved for over 20 years, so we were not aware of what we needed to do. We were not sure of who to contact as a realtor. We put the house out on Zillow "For Sale by Owner" with no luck. Then we got a call from a very friendly and knowledgeable young lady Samantha Romero with GK Realty Group.
