This review is a few years late in being created and posted. Although my move to San Marco from Jacksonville Beach took a bit of adjusting on my part, I felt this overdue was important. Even though Jessica Peacock is no longer an asset to Sam Folds Realty, I felt it honorable to post the review here since this was my management company for the past several years. Working in property management for over 22 years, I know first hand that there are times when we wish to do things for our renters that are not within our power to do. I have been renting with Sam Folds for about 6 months and they have been fantastic to work with. The portal is very easy to use and they are extremely quick to jump on maintenance requests. I worked with their property manage, Jessica, and she has been quick to response to texts and calls, helps facilitate anything I need maintenance wise and has made renting my unit easy and painless! Will definitely continue renting from them and would recommend to anyone!

I have worked with Sam Folds Inc Realtors for the past few years and I can truly say that they are a professional, great communicators and just overall wonderful to work with. From the start date to the end date she was very flexible and RESPONSIVE during our time under her care.
