It's a great place to leave. Fresh air, quiet, beautiful view from the window. Right on the beach. I would not let my kids run around alone, but for adults no problem.

I remember living there in the seventies There were no houses around just empty A courage across the street we had a view 7th floor overlooking Overlooking Norton's point And the Verrazano narrows I saw the construction of the bridge. The fishing was great. Some of my most memorable years. We watched all the big ships coming into NARROWS. THE Best views were from the bridge side. I moved to the pocono mountains in the eighties I couldn't be any happier Praise the LORD.

Very quiet building next to Coney Island Beach. Easy Parking on street..
