I have lived in this building for two years, and the situation has gotten much worse. Before, there was cleanliness, security, and peace. Now, anyone can enter the building without any control. Access is open to anyone, with no checks. There are inappropriate parties, some even charging money to enter, as if this were a public place. This is unacceptable in a residential building. I have reported these issues multiple times, but nothing has been done. Management does not punish those who break rules or allow strangers in. This lack of accountability is very disappointing. I feel unsafe all the time. Packages have been stolen, parking garage doors are left open, and residents are the ones who have to call the police because there is no security staff to protect us. Management is very responsive. Not once have I contacted them and not had a productive response. They keep the building clean and safe, and address concerns very quickly. Highly recommend this company. We've signed on to another year at the Cordelle-- love the area, the building, the management and our neighbors!

This Management Company Is TRASH!!! They Consistently Switch Office Staff & It's EXTREMELY HARD To Get Things Fixed & To Get Anyone To Do Anything At Wyngate Townhomes In Maplewood, Mn. They Lie About Everything. They Tell You Things Will Get Fixed & It Literally Takes WEEKS!! They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL BACK!!! This Place Hasn't Been A Good Place To Live Since CADY MANAGEMENT Company Was Here. Sail Promise A Lot, But Don't Deliver On Who They Say The Are.

Tom, Val, and Shaka absolutely make this place not only an inclusive community but a home. They handle everything very professionally and timely. I have lived here for 4 years and Sail has been my favorite management to date.

As our lease of Sibley Cove comes to an end, I want to thank Sail for all the work and improvements that have been made to Sibley Cove Apartments within a year. Had Sail managed Sibley Cove Apartments sooner, my household and I would've had a more pleasant experience during our time as residents. There was a lack of empathy, care, and cooperation from previous management, Kelly Brothers LTD, like when our household's vehicle was hit and run by another resident. I had also made several complaints since I became a resident here in July 2023, so much to the point that I simply gave up because there was no improvement and I began enduring until there was some change.
