Sahara/Playa Palms Apartments

I was given a tour of these apartments by Alyssa and the community was so spacious and well-maintained. It’s just what I was looking for. Alyssa was an amazing help! She was so friendly and welcoming! She made me feel so comfortable throughout the visit and helped answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly! If you’re looking for apartments, talk to her! She was the best!

Really enjoying my 2 bed 1 bath unit, very spacious and cozy. Easy to settle into. The move in process was incredibly smooth thanks to Alyssa. She was very kind and knowledgeable, which assured me that I was moving into a good place. One of the most personable agents I've worked with. Thank you.

Good location, large units with great amenities. The pools are always clean and the outside is looking much cleaner and more cared for lately. The office is also more responsive. Thank you Sahara Playa Palms!

Thanks to Alondra My experience at Sahara and Playa was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was because of Alondra. From the very beginning, Alondra was professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is clean, beautiful, and well maintained, but Alondra truly made the experience exceptional with her dedication and outstanding customer service. Sahara and Playa is lucky to have her.

If you decided to rent make sure check the contract carefully. They separate the early termination penalty into two sections and mislead me believe the early termination fee is 3000. Two months charge would be unfriendly but acceptable. To my surprise, eventually they charged me 6500 for moving out. You might say hey he must have made damage to the apartment. No I’m a model renter clean quiet never miss payment. I don’t have time to deal with them. Never had I lived in an apartment charging 5 month rent for early termination.
