Sage Pointe Apartments

I’ve lived here for 2 years and just signed my lease for a third. Crystal is the property manager here. She is very kind, supportive, and accommodating. Truly willing to help out any and all residents who communicate with her. The staff here is very helpful and understanding. My unit has given me minimal issues in the time I’ve lived here! Solid place and very affordable. (I live in a townhouse floor plan)

The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. My townhouse was clean, had brand new carpet and fresh paint when I moved in. Crystal and her staff are always willing to assist and resolve any issues I may have.

I wish i could give a 0 start. The worst apartment you can ever be in! Roach invested. Reported repairs so many times nothing was done. They also would not give your deposit back. Terrible customer service. The lady at the office is of no help. Sent series of emails and calls and no one responded.

Crystal Cardona’s service is TOP NOTCH. Every time I seek help she’s always the first to assist in any way she can, she’s a gem🥲 Sage Pointe is lucky to have her in their services!
