I moved from Houston TX to work at the TSMC plant, Sage is 7 minutes away from work, this apartments are the best in the area, the office manager and the leasing personnel are very friendly and attentive. From day one, Jessica and Carmina helped me with the application process. My family enjoy the 4 pools which right now are heated, that water is warm and very enjoyable. The new maintenance staff are friendly and respond fast. I recommend Sage apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.

The grounds are clean, the amenities are modern, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and upscale. The staff is amazing everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I’ve been working with Carmina, and she has been exceptional. She guided me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed. I can’t wait to move out of here !!!!!!!! This apartment complex has been a catastrophic experience primarily due to safety and serious management issues. We experienced a major safety incident where a neighbor pulled a firearm on my boyfriend on the property, which required police intervention. In addition to the safety concerns, the leasing office has repeatedly violated our tenant privacy rights: management has entered our apartment twice without proper notice or consent, including once after we had explicitly rescheduled the entry. Despite these severe breaches of the lease, including the unlawful entry and major safety events, the management has refused to allow us to terminate our lease without penalty. This complex is a zero for both safety and respecting tenant rights. Future rente

Carmina was the best ! She was so very accommodating and helpful. Took her time with me and answering all my questions . The property is gorgeous - sparkling pools - workout room- Secure apts with codes. So many pluses! I can’t wait to move in next month! Beautiful units, very clean and inviting, lots of closet space , kitchen and bathroom space. Love it!

I moved into Sage Luxury Apartments about a year ago, and my experience has been excellent. From the very beginning, Jessica was the first person I met and worked with, and she was outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable about the property, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping residents. Even after move-in, she has continued to be a reliable and friendly resource. The community itself is also impressive. The two 24-hour fitness centers are fully equipped with everything I need, which even allowed me to cancel my outside gym membership. The property is well-maintained, and overall, it has been a wonderful place to live.
