This had to be the most stressful move. From day one, AC broken, shower malfunction, parking spot too small for the car, got towed on my first night, hood vent malfunction, internet cable cut from outside, oven that smoke when turned on . It is a newly remodeled unit, so I do not understand how all these issues can be missed . Everything was fixed, the manager and Angelo were on top of it and it is all good. The complex is very nice and great location.

I was asked to write a review for the completion of a service request. This would be a mistake, as 4 requests remain unserviced over 30 days, averaging 142 days. Requests have been acknowledged without action and marked complete. The result is an invitation to write a review. The 4th status update inquiry on 1 request was acknowledged with an "I'll look into it," which makes me wonder about the previous 3 stages of the process. Requests are prioritized by return on investment, as the property is managed by an investment company. Additionally, the photos associated with this Google listing are incorrect (see attached). UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: Proactive and positive changes have occurred regarding onsite management, likely due to the company gaining greater confidence from investors.

I have officially been out of this horrible complex, there was so many issue with my unit and the assistant manager. For the price I paid for my unit there was to many problems to begin with when I first moved in I had a bee infestation that got into my unit they did really do anything to fix it, the day it got into my unit I had to leave and was not offered any accommodation or reimbursement. The other issue I had was that I had a cockroach issue coming from my spare bathroom which we never used, I Kept telling the office and all I got is we will get to it. The last issue i had was they put this cheap vinyl and when we mopped it was peeling i would tell them and they said ok we will replace and not charge you and ended up charging.
