Extra rude office staff . Sam is probably the worse one if I can be honest and she lives here and she's also one of the positive reviews. and managment itterally makes out like ur to dumb to throw away trash. Even tho it's a limited trash compacter and they lock everything else t's low income but u pay like 1400 a month not worth living here. The office barely picks up their phone and are never in the office it's also super gross here. Nothing but trash and dog poop everywhere. Look at Facebook and elsewhere. They dont even pretend to care. Pool is always gross the dog wash room smells like mold the clubhouse is only open when the office is and there's two stray dogs roaming around everyday. They don't care in u have family or not. SAFETY IS NOT THEIR CONCERNS Nor will they fix the

The community stays clean and the ladies in the office are very prompt in taking care of all tenant concerns. They always treat you as a priority and ensure they communicate.

Nice place to live all the staffs are very welcoming i love it

Horrible people that have a power trip just to apply to get in. If you are trying to improve yourself you don't have enough money to get it in and one person decides if you get to live their or not
