Safemark Title

I sold a rental home of mine (Do it yourself). Downloaded an Ohio Real Estate purchase agreement, and googled for a local title company. I called them and spoke with Ms. Sherri Mayhill, VP. She patiently explained the whole process and what I needed to submit. After drawing up the purchase agreement and selling it, I called Safemark Title again, to set up an appointment, and I was able to see her that day. Here is where the service got really superb. The buyer was from out of state, which complicated things; but Ms. Mayhill was very responsive, professional, patient, and the closing went without a hitch. I would highly recommend this title company.

I felt Robin at Safemark worked to save me time and money in closing a refinance for my primary residence. I already wanted my deed modified to add easements recently omitted in the foreclosure process. (I bought the house as a foreclosure, I think the omissions had something to do with InTitle Agency Inc. in Cincinnati, whom only does closings for Fannie Mae, but looking back I would rather have used Safemark if I could.) Robin also had a good idea about adding joint survivorship to the deed. The deed changes I requested have been made and the house has been refinanced at a better rate!

Best Title company in the Greater Dayton Metropolitan area. Always efficient; never had a problem in 40 years. I love them; will never go anywhere else if I don't have to.

The experience was fair, but someone not normally a closing agent stepped in as to not cause us a postponement. We were thankful after setting time aside that we were able to close.
