If i could give this company 0 stars I would. Be very careful doing business with them. They are careless and unethical. A family member had their sale proceeds held illegally by this title company because the company did not do their due diligence. My family member had to get a lawyer and when the lawyer finally pointed out the company's mistake and told them it was illegal to hold funds, they had no other choice but to pay my family member.

Screwed up my deed. I found the mistake 3 years later when I went to refinance that my name was not put on the deed. The woman working on correcting it kept forgetting to mail the paperwork. I had to call and stay on her twice a week for 4 months. Kirk took over and got everything squared away in about a month for me. He is very helpful. Overall they corrected the mistake, but it took almost half a year to do so.

Kip was a pleasure to work with during the purchase of our first home. He was responsive and made sure we were able to close on time!

Take the time to review the itemization: they charge me overnight services and my attorney was in the same building!!!! Who knows what else I was overcharged for...

These guys go above and beyond to get things done in a quick and timely manner. Best title company I've ever worked with!
