Just had 4 point home inspection done by Jon Henke. It is refreshing to be able to work with him and this company in setting up appointment, confirming date and time and he following through with confirmation. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the inspection, and customer service skills are impeccable. He explained process to us, what would take place and even expedited our request for a quick reviewing response. Would give him a 10, but not posted above. Company is lucky to have this young man on their team. Will call upon him again if need be.

Worst experience ever, rude and unprofessional company, who takes advantage of people not being there to mess up with everything in the house. Came up rude when confronting them that they did not fix what they broke or what they disassemble. They stated that “they are not a “fixing” company but an “inspection” company”… Do not hire them, nor trust them… they are rude and unprofessional.
