Do not rent from Safe Harbor Reality . Nothing safe about them .Eddie or Edward very unprofessional hung up in my face do not rent at 66 e. 50th street . I put in my application in November haven’t heard a word from them .I think it’s a scam for application fees . I’m telling u will regret it .Im actually disputing my application fee as we speak . Building needs more work walls wasn’t smooth , pop corn ceiling to hide damages they just painted over everything then threw cabinets and stuff in to bait u . Mr Reagan was one of the nicest property owners that I've ever met I have a voucher and he worked with me he treated me like anybody else he didn't look down at me because I had a voucher. God bless him

Responsible for permitting I.C.E. into a residential building (7500 South Shore) to violate the sanctity of the living space and the safety of the people who pay to live there. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the decisions you’ve made.

I was the first one to take and apartment in this building..and on being here 7mos..rent paid on time and even paid over rent a couple of times..I moved in loving the apartment..but after being here and things still don't get done maintenance orders placed online and still be waiting for them to come fix the problems inside the apartment.. I also told them no one is to enter my apartment without my presence there and they just come in anyway and do nothing to my bathroom wall..but leave the light on in the bathroom instead of turning it off...right now at this point I'm ready to leave..I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied in this company right now..didn't think at all that they would do this to decent people that only want a happy place to live in.. The way I feel now I want be resigning

The actual broker cares about people which I don’t normally see in most companies. They tried really hard to help my clients get fair housing, which I don’t see with other companies. They usually turn my people away because of a slightly lower credit score or an issue with having a voucher. His company was the only one that actually cared about my client as a person not as a credit score. There are many companies out there that deserve less than one star but this company deserves more.
