Tried to leave before my lease was up. I was assured as long as I cleaned it would be fine. Few neighbors have left before end of lease so I tried the same. Year later and I’m trying to get a loan and I see they’ve turned me into a debt collection. No email or anything previously telling me I owed them money. I wouldn’t just leave without thinking it was fine. I should’ve gotten it in writing. Also cleaning and killing roaches is a daily activity for you if you’re going to live here. Horrible management and service. Don’t live here find somewhere else

My husband and I have lived here for 8 months. We love our apartment. We have awesome neighbors and the complex is pretty quiet. We had a plumbing issue and Jan contacted Brad immediately and he took the time to fix the problem We are very thankful for him. We plan to be here quite a while 😊

Sadosa ridge is a great place to live, very clean apartments when u move in. The staff is very attentive, the manager helps in any way she can and goes above and beyond. Very family friendly, I feel extremely safe here. I will recommend as many people as possible to move here.

Jan went above and beyond trying to help me get an apartment. She was patient and kind helping me through the paper work and responding to my many emails. Unfortunately because miscommunication with my section 8 voucher I was unable to move in. But it was still a pleasure working with Jan.
