Updated post: 8-4-2025 I changed my 5 star rating to 1 star. Ever since they changed ownership things have gone significantly downhill. The only saving grace is Rae the leasing agent. She is amazing! They can't keep maintenance on staff. I've had a problem neighbor that they have refused to do anything about. They finally evicted them but now they are refusing to move out. The pool has never really been open since I have lived here 3 years ago. Keeps getting vandalized so they shut it down pretty much right after they open the pool. They have now raised the rent so much that section 8 will no longer cover our particular building so 6 buildings are being displaced. We have to move out but the problem neighbor gets to stay? I am completely heartbroken because I used to really love living h

No ac for 7 months it was 98 in my apartment for a week haven’t had hot water for going on 3 months, dishwasher is broken has been broken for 4 months, garbage disposals leaks and can’t use half of the sink because of it, have mold growing from water leaks, bathroom door sticks to were you have to break yourself out of the bathroom been like that since I moved in 8-9 months ago. I pay almost 1200 dollars a month and everything is wrong they will not reimburse they do not care I have a type 1 diabetic step daughter that can not be subject to this mistreatment. Never give these people your money they do not care.

This community is awesome and has some really great amenities! The apartments are so spacious and has great clubhouse space. Also, the property is under new ownership and management.

This place is unbelievable! When I moved in, the carpet was not properly installed and lifts up at every edge. Within a week, my bathtub started peeling. The workers took 2 weeks to install it and the men used my commode, leaving the toilet seat up and minding you. I'm a single female who lives alone. They also did alot of damage to my walls, trim, and door frames getting it in. It took them 4 days to remove the old tub from my living room after asking them many times to remove it from my living room. They left a dent in my living room wall as well. After the installation was nearly completed, they damaged my tub and had to pull it out, and I had to wait for the new one to arrive. Going on 6 yrs of no pool. I've had mold outbreak in my apt due to a faulty water and a/c unit. There are ppl out here who pay full rent, no section 8 help and cannot get them to fix their a/c . Section8 or not it is DANGEROUS to be made to live in this heat! The lady in the office now is so much nicer than previous manager, LA Carra .however without a maintenance man on deck others they have Ms.Rae running all over the property doing jobs that aren't even in jerjob description . She is a blessing but wants to quit cause of all the pressure falls g on her shoulders. She's a leasing agent not a maintenance woman. So this place is falling apart and ontop of that we are going to lose good help, Ms.Rae. im not mad and writing this but ppl look at the nice scenery and trees and the pool and
