Saddle Ridge Apartments

Excellent experience at this apartment complex. The facilities are always clean, safe, and well-maintained. But what truly makes the difference is the customer service. Valeria was amazing from day one: professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Thanks to her, the entire process was quick and stress-free. I recommend this place 100%!

I toured Saddle Ridge today and had such a great experience with Valeria. She was so welcoming and easy to talk to. She really took the time to show me around, answer all my questions, and make me feel comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the property and the people who live there. Her energy and professionalism made a great impression and definitely made me more interested in moving here.

I put one star because I am this is the lowest I found. And I will keep updating my review. When we came to see the apartment, they showed us a model apartment, and they said everything was going to be the same; the only difference was the kitchen colors; when I came to see our apartment, I found that the kitchen was totally different, the manager said this was mentioned in the application, but I didn't remember anything regarding the old kitchen!! We moved on March 6th, and I am writing my review on March 22, almost three weeks since we came!! The balcony is filthy, the windows are very weird and old, the window screen is broken, and I can not open my bedroom window since I came!! We reported everything to the leasing office, and they said they would address the issues within two days; un

The person who works there, Valeria, is the best. She works with you, communicates very well, and is very professional. She went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns. Great property

I currently live here and my dryer is broken almost 2 weeks and also toilet needs to replace it with new one. But nobody come to fixed or changed. And plus office is getting often closed in business hours.
