Steve was a nice guy, worked with my schedule so I appreciated that . He sounded experienced however I was not satisfied with his appraisal skills. My house was appraised a significant amount lower in comparison to Zillow and multiple other sources online. Considering that I had over 30k done in additions to the house I was expecting to have it appraised atleast similar to what the market shows but it got matched to houses that are smaller and sell for that price in my neighborhood
