Christina makes sure every question is answered and every issue is handled efficiently, while Yazmin is incredibly helpful and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure things run smoothly. The rep here Yazmin was able to promptly book a viewing around my hectic work schedule. She gave me a thorough walk through and noted all the amenities on site. All fixings were updated (floor, fridge, kitchen and bathroom). She even took the time to let me know local happenings around my new neighborhood. I've lived in a few midtown properties over the years and never left a signing this excited!

The reviews must either be their friends or they were paid because this place was SO unprofessional and the owner is VERY petty based on what I have seen and heard from others about this company. The only person that was sweet and consistent throughout my experience with them was Jackie. She was amazing and super helpful. Yazmin was nice too, but it was hard to get in touch with her because of how short staffed they are. Everyone else was awful, especially Ali. He and everyone else will PURPOSELY ignore your calls and/or emails even if you are nice, cordial and professional to them, which I have been. THEY WILL TRY TO TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY ALL OF THE COSTS BEFORE YOU GET TO SEE THE ACTUAL LEASE AND BY SAYING YES TO A 'OFFER TO RENT' LETTER THAT YOU ARE ESSENTIALLY SIGNING THE LEAS

Yazmin is a professional! She made sure to help me through step by step the whole application and showing process. I would like to personally thank her and who ever was in charge of training her to be such an excellent leader. From now on I will only do business with these properties and their associates as I trust her so much. Thank you for your time!

The most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. The fact that they are operating on a restricted license from the Department of Real Estate because of their shady business practices should tell you all you need to know about this place and the unfortunately unqualified mess of an owner (Christina Emphasis) who inherited the business after the original owner (Robert Winger) passed unexpectedly. She makes business decisions based on her extremely fragile ego and is emotionally unstable and she uses her position as a property manager to feel empowered which has an unhealthy effect on the quality of other's lives. And that is how this business is run. They do not possess the basic morals, integrity and communication skills that is crucial to maintain a respectful, civilized society
