Saco Falls Management

Horrible experience with Sacco Falls. They are having some type of feud with Unified Parking at 100 Paris street. I paid for a parking spot. Parked in the correct spot,entered my information correctly and was got towed with no notice. One side says the other had me towed. No call back from Sacco, no text, no email. It's like they think if they ignore the problem it will go away. The police had to get involved bc we thought the car had been stolen. Sophia with Sacco had done it according to the tow company. I would never do business with a company like Sacco.

If I could provide less than one start to this management company - I would. The lack of professionalism, lack of care for their tenants and the trash attitude they have towards humans in general is abysmal. Moved into a unit in Squamscott Block that had been vacant for a while (the building manager made it clear that it had been open for a while) and upon move in, it was evident that there was NO professional cleaning done for us as new tenants. The carpet was in disarray, there was so much dirt and gross stuff on the windows, the heaters were caked with dirt and the bathrooms were filthy. Given the fact that we were given a deal on rent and were provided covered parking, we didn't say anything about the issues, cleaned up ourselves and moved on. Shortly after living there, the ALARMS

This company will take every dime they can! My mother was charged TWICE for Decembers rent. They pocketed more than 1x the rent for January as well. Even after being given a 60 day notice and having rented it out already before my mom was even out. Then they rushed her out. They only returned 148$ to community resources. Companies like this are the reason programs run out of funding. I’ll see you guys when you open Tuesday and we will discuss this further. I have notified a lawyer as well.

My experience with this company was terrible. After almost 9 months of waiting, I was informed that they had contacted me and that I had been removed from the waiting list. This contact never appeared in my email. On top of that, I was told that if I wanted to, I would have to reapply and go back to a waiting list that had been there for months. The customer service from the employees was terrible, and on top of that, there was no way to complain. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I have been renting from Huse School Apartments in Bath management makes tenants safety priorities anytime I have a issue it’s immediately addressed I’m grateful for such a wonderful living community if you need a decent rental don’t hesitate give these people a call to help with your needs
