I can't say enough good things about Melynda. She represented my wife and I as we were searching for our first home. Her knowledge, experience, and persistence was the main reason we not only found our beautiful home, but won out in the bidding process. I highly recommend her services and guidance!

Mrs Sachs was the buyers agent when I sold my house in New Smyrna. She was unwilling to help us and our (sellers) agent claim our personal belongings after the sale of our house although it was clearly specified on the agreement which items were to stay and therefore which items can be given back to us. Now we lost our personal art and hand tools etc. Mrs Sachs made it clear that only via legal action I would be able to reclaim my personal belongings that were clearly not part of the deal. Terrible experience! Stay away!
