Mold Growing on Door & Living Room Wall If mold is: • Growing on surfaces • Being painted over instead of properly treated • Possibly linked to moisture leaks That can violate health and housing codes. Mold must be: • Identified at the moisture source • Properly cleaned or remediated • Not just painted over Painting over mold without treatment is not proper remediation. 2. Maintenance Not Responding If maintenance: • Ignores work orders • Fails to fix health/safety issues • Is rarely available That may violate landlord-tenant habitability laws. Most states require landlords to: • Maintain safe living conditions • Address mold, plumbing, electrical, and structural issues in a reasonable time If they don’t: • You may have legal options (repair & deduct, lease termination, etc. —

I lived at the point Lanier apartments managed by this company for one year on the first day … There were bedbugs, although they sprayed The roaches were atrocious although my rent was paid eight months later they put that I owe a balance and I owe this company. Nothing we went to court about this balance both times it was dismissed because they said that they would dismiss it only to see eight months later that they put the balance on my credit this is the worst apartment and management that I have ever dealt with the first lady that was in that apartment as management. You can clearly see she was stealing money if you wanna be scammed go to that apartment I give them no stars I only put one star so that I can put this review. Don’t go to Poland the apartment.

I AM LIVING AT LANIER COVE APARTMENTS IN GAINESVILLE ,GA 30501, SINCE OCT, 24,2024, MY APARMENT D9 SUFFERED WATER FLOODING FROM DRAINER PIPE THAT WAS STUCK ,I CALLED TO MANAGER AND SHE SAID THAT IS NOT EMERGENCY, SHE IS VERY WRONG MY APARMENT IS WATER FLOODING, AND SHE MOCKING ABOUT MY SITUATION LOOK THE PHOTOS AND GET CONCLUTION.

I'm currently leaving Stanford oaks apartment e6 it have mold many time complain about and they request us transfer different building still not yet, ?

This management company is horrible. If you own a property DO NOT trust then to manage your property as they have extreme mismanagement problems. If you looking to rent one or their properties DO NOT. They don’t care about their tenants or tenants safety with gunshots constant at some of their locations, their disrespectful, know someone that got his truck stolen right in from or the office but they refused to help and show him the security footage and their very dishonest, have roach infestations, participate in unethical and unfair business and landlord practices, and much much more. They should lose their right to even own tenant housing as their that incompetent and bad. Their actions from what I have seen firsthand are pretty shameful.
