Sable Pointe

Sable pointe has to be the best apartments I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The women in the office are always so helpful and accommodating. 10/10 experience ! Highly recommended

If you like to hear & see continously & at times the shakes of an airplane then this is the place for you... the good thing about this place is that is close to the freeway... the negative is that management nor corporate investment on renovations they increase rent base on the area but they do not offer amenities that other complex do for example it is Not a gated community..there's no car port..no garages.. no gym... maintenance for the pool is ramdom...there's a tennis court with no net.. kids go there to play either soccer or baseball..there's no security nor cameras out in the property..no enforcing on people picking up after there dogs do their business..of course you share the cost of the water bill with the building if you are a family of 5 or 2.... & even doe you pay automatically

If you are looking for an apartment complex that cares about you, SABLE POINTE IS THE PLACE!!! The property is so nice, always a clean complex, friendly neighbors, and so many parking spaces! Oh AND Anderson (apartments manager) and office staff is literally the BEST! They always take great care of the resident's when in office, and even when I can’t make it in to the office they stop what they are doing and make sure to help. I have never been so happy with a complex before. I honestly cannot wait to resign my lease because I truly do not want to live anywhere else. I have never had any issues with office staff or maintenance. Anytime I have ever had a maintenance request it is always handled in a very quick and professional manner.

The apartments was nice itself . I never had any issues other than roaches from upstairs and the noise from the neighbors upstairs but I guess that come along with apartments. My windows didn't open or let up very small apartment. The vents were in the wrong area so if your air or heat wasn't constantly running it could get very hot or cold. But very quiet environment no break ins. Most definitely will towe your car so please register. I love Ms.Ashley the rest of the crew really don't care they just want their money. Nice experiment and thankful that they gave me a chance to rent

One of the best places to live in. I am living here from past 6 months. Everything is good. They respond very quickly whenever you have any issues. Everything is maintained neat and clean. Provides nice view of flights as well as it is near to airport.
