Sabal Palm Villas

We love it at Sabal Palms!!!! Deb made the application super easy. They have been right in any maintenance request. The area is very well maintained and quiet. Would recommend in a heartbeat

Just moved in. Had a problem with the original appartment as it smelled of smoke, and I am not a smoker. But after a day moved in to another apartment. Also staff never walked us through any of the apartment or area. Would have been nice since we are coming from Virginia. Still don't know where the gym is. Was just handed keys and told fill out the sheet.

The apartment was great to move into and the process was smooth. Everyone who works there is so nice. Love it here so far!

Very quite neighborhood Gated, friendly, clean, well maintained, very helpful, lots of parking spaces for visitors. Pool, cozy place, Pets allowed.. " stay off Grass - NO Parking"

Called to get info and while the person who answered was informative she definitely lacked in customer service skills and professionalism once she asked about pets she quickly brushed me off “ okay sorry bye,bye “ .
