From start to finish SAB homes is by far the best builder we have ever worked with. This is our 3rd brand new home that we have had built. The builder trend app that SAB utilizes makes it really easy too know what is going on with the build and approve upgrades and communicate with SAB. Blake our superintendent was an amazing, on top of it at all times person to watch over the construction process. The quality of the construction is amazing! Katie was awesome in the design center helping pick out everything for the house. SAB uses quality products too! We purchased a Model home from SAB in a newer Overland Park, KS subdivision. From the time of the initial contract signing until closing the communication, reliability & ease was top notch. They were fantastic throughout the entire process. We initially looked at building in another neighborhood with a different builder and did not feel comfortable nor that they had our best interest in mind. Our pre-closing walk through with Kelsey & Blake was a very well put together presentation. Kelsey provided a lot of useful information about home ownership/maintenance and specific things tailored to our home. I would give more stars if I could! From start to finish it was a fantastic and nearly perfect experience! The communication from everyone is top notch and they are so fun! The team runs like a well oiled machine and has the customers best interest in mind. Katie is a wonderful designer and it was so fun working with her. She brought my Pinterest boards to life and our superintendent was phenomenal! I have told all our friends and family to build with SAB and plan to use them if we ever build again! The whole team is AMAZING!!!
