S2 Properties

Absolutely the worst place I've ever lived in my entire life, all based on S2's Management practices. All of the maintenance, painting, etc is horrific. I don't mean just your traditional "builder grade/landlord fixes"; This place is an absolute mess. The management staff consistently says there's nothing they can do because S2 won't let them fix anything correctly, and they have consistently violated Texas laws, namely the tenants right to quiet enjoyment of their dwelling. Make certain wherever you move. You check first who the owner/ management company is. If it is S2, do not live there. I am very sincere, you will regret it. Where I live was just perfect for over a decade, until S2 took over. Downhill, they dropped off immediately. Grass no longer exists here, only large dirt patches.

AWFUL Management Company the level of incompetence and negligence is astonishing. I currently live in a S2 Properties managed site and I've been regretting it since the day I moved in. 3 months in and the property has been overwhelmingly the worse property I have ever stepped foot on. YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.
