S. Dirilten Builders performs great work. I had them help me with some significant exterior maintenance on my home (roof, home painting, and deck cleaning/staining). Jobs were performed wonderfully. Quality surpassed expectations and the price was not to be beat. Thanks! Also had them remodel our master bath (2022), which turned out amazing! They worked through the supply chain challenges and delivered an amazing result! High-end across the board (marble tile, multiple shower heads, wainscoting, and glass shower).

We built our home with S Dirilten Builders over 10 years ago and every day when I come home I am reminded what a great choice we made. Beyond the quality of the craftsmanship which is apparent to all who see our home, the quality of the experience remains till today the best we have ever had. I can pick up the phone and reach out to Sully with any questions or assistance we need, things that are cosmetic in nature are very important to him years after the initial build of the home. The best compliment I can give him is a referral which I am pleased to have been able to do a few times.

We worked with S Dirilten on selling our home in Tallgrass and building our custom home in Ashwood Park. The Dirilten team was wonderful to work with, they helped us find the perfect lot and developed a totally custom original design for our home. They use some of the best contractors around and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Great communication, excellent vendors and an outstanding finished product was our end results. Highly recommend for any home redesign, remodeling and of course new construction.
