Ryland Park

Ryland Park is a great place to live. The maintenance staff especially Dustin is fantastic. He reacts to any maintenance concerns quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. The property manager Justice is also Fantastic. She responds quickly to all maintenance issues and makes you feel right at home :)

The management staff and maintenance team are great! They are super responsive and Frank (maintenance) takes care of most work orders same day or next day at the latest. The apartments are nice and updated and they keep the exterior clean and looking amazing.

I recently moved into Ryland apartments this past August and was asked to leave a review. I will honestly say that my experience with Ryland has been great so far! (And no I’m not just saying that) Whenever there has been an issue with maintenance it has quickly been resolved. There has been a few issues with noise from our neighbors but Justice (the community manager) has been quick to contact those individuals and resolve the conflict the best she can. Justice has been so helpful and is quick to respond making me feel like I’m truly cared for at Ryland.

Updating my review, been here over 3 months now. In that time my nice big refrigerator broke, just to get replaced with a tiny old one that just freezes my food no matter the setting. Thats not the worst part, the maintenence team is quick, the customer service is good. The worst part is the electric bill is a 2nd mortgage. I ran a test were i completely turned off my hvac system. The weather outside was average 50 degrees. I left the windows open day and night. No ac, no heater, 1 shower a day. My electric bill over $350 a month. I live alone, I leave for work 8am and come back 8pm. The electricity is off the whole time. I come home take shower and go to sleep. Hvac on off setting. Still $350 every month. The electric company pioneer just makes up numbers, its not based on what you used,

Since moving in our experience here at Ryland Park has been great. From the beginning Abby was very communicative and helpful. She was able to get us approved next day. We moved in and found a couple of things that needed to be taken care of by maintenance and Frank was here first thing in the morning next business day and communicated everything he was doing and what we needed to watch for. Community is small, clean, and quiet. Thank you guys for taking one less stress with moving from so far off our minds.
