This realty company is nothing but a slumlord. They don’t follow the landlord tenant laws. We lived in a house that was managed by someone else for 2 years. In December, this company took over property management. We didn’t even know the house was sold. We found out via an appraiser that showed up at our front door. Then they demanded money during the middle of a rental month even though rent isn’t due until the 3rd. We weren’t provided a lease even though it was requested. They decided to make our lease month to month with out notifying us or anything even though we were currently on a yearly lease! You definitely do not want to deal with company. They don’t care about the tenants at all and solely want your money. UPDATE: This property management company is ran by a lying slumlord. He

Rycor realty has made it possible for me to retire for managing my properties. He treats my tenants with respect and they all like and trust him. I’m thankful for this relationship and will continue to work with him.

This company is awesome. The guy who manages the houses is real cool. They got me into a house within a week. If your looking for a home or apartment to rent, give these guys a call.
