Aestheticially very nice. However, walls and ceilings are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors constantly. When trying to mark a spot on the wall to hang something the nail pushed straight through with little pressure from my finger. Doorknob on the master closet door came off while turning it. Vinyl flooring buckles if you slide anything over it. Garbage always over flowing This place sucks!! Can't wait until my lease is up... Updated to add.....a restoration company had to come and cut the dry wall out halfway up my walls and treat for black mold on the framing. I was constantly cleaning mold from my furniture and had to throw away shoes and clothes regularly because mold would get on them just from being in the closet. Very cheaply made. I don’t know how they passed inspections. And it’s weird not to have a key to your own place. Especially with the code messing up and having to receive a new code DAILY just to get into your place
