Ryan Oaks Apartments

UPDATE: Wasn’t even here for a week before I had to start complaining on the neighbors. After so many complaints to the office and trying to talk to the neighbors nothing was done except offering to move me to another unit. Not only did they want me to pay rent which I get, they wanted me to pay an extra $450 to move units as if I was the problem. Even if you complain to the office nothing gets done except her “talking to them or leaving a voicemail” I work from home so hearing them run, stomp and yell from sun up to sun down did not help my job or my peace. I had to terminate my lease just to be sure I’d have some peace and a job to keep working! Which is worth 2 months rent, which didn’t make any sense to me. If you move into Apartment 417, GOOD LUCK! Just move in 3 days ago. Love where Im living. Near work and all sops and supermarkets. Alexis the manager was kind , efficient and a great listener to my needs.I would recommend Ryan Oaks highly.

Oh how wonderful Mrs Alexis is. I’ve stay in this complex since 2020. She’s always been helpful informative, every maintenance request was done efficiently. She’s always been so kind and gentle to everyone. I highly recommend 10/10 for staying at this property. Thank you for everything

I've met 4 of my neighbors they were very nice. My car was broken into and my handicap placard was stolen. The refrigerator is now dripping water. I'll have to get maintenance to fix it or a new one because it has rust on the doors. People here don't take care of there trash properly. It's a mess. I like my new apartment. It's bright and has a lot of storage and clean. They have dog stations and has natural surroundings. The leasing office is very helpful.
