Thieves! Jesus Alvarez and Ryan Homes are thieves! They kept my deposit when their finance department made false promises about being able to use K1 income to close on a home. We even offered our own financing in the end which they did not allow us to do.

When we were doing our contract they promised us two sinks in the Master bedroom and we only got one sink in our master bedroom. When we brought up the mistake they told us that since we signed for one sink on the contract that there was nothing they could do. I hate Ryan homes and all there other companies.

I have started building a home with this company in May 2020 and this has been the worst home buying experience of my life!!! From the loan application process to the construction of home, it has been very unpleasant, very disappointing, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I have personally dealt with Andre (sales rep) Jesus (supervisor),Kimberly (construction manager), John (loan officer) and each encounter has been a nightmare. They do not respond to phone calls or emails and lie to you every chance that they get. The whole company needs to be investigated and shut down!

Horrible, low class homes. They don't even let their foundations settle for a day before loading bricks on them. 28 days is a proper cure, they use fast dry cement and rush everything
