Ryan Homes - Division Office

If I could give this company a negative number, I would. Horrible communication. They don't listen to the customer and then try and force them to do things that are unethical. They bate and switch many of the items for home building and finishes. Mortgage company is included in this. My clients lost their job and they are pushing the buyers to close on the home even thought they won't be able to pay the mortgage due to lost job. This is fraud. They take 3 weeks to answer any questions or address issues.

Worse mortgage company ever. I bought a house from Ryan home and told my loan officer that I didn’t want to be in escrow since I put 380k into a 510k house. I told him 3 time that I didn’t want escrow and he say ok but he tranfer me over another guy 2 month before closing and when it was closing time my payment was 1785 with escrow on a 150k loan. Without the escrow it 795. My hoi is 1500 a yr property tax is 4500 a year and hoa was 495 from Oct to the end of the year. But yet they forced me into escrow to charge me more than 10k a year what a rip off. I call the loan officer their manager and corporate office and No one bother to call me back. So I got a letter from nvr saying they tranfering me to specialized loan servicing company. What a horrible way to treat your customers. I was goin

Worst experience, and there is no one that wants to help the homeowners. More than 6 months have gone by, items are still not resolved, and they tell you they have made a final decision and will do nothing except what is cheap and easy for them. Don’t believe them when they say they care about their homeowners and stand by their homes because it is just words and excuses.

Poor builds cracks on walls and ceiling and thay don’t care about it have Jason ignore texts and not doing nothing to deal with the issues that’s sad
