Ryan Homes at Terra Pines

Still early in the process but so far so very good. Driving in Terra Pines you can definitely feel the difference from your average new constructions; Ryan homes have a luxury feel to them and a lot of their standards would be upgrades with other builders. Jeff is a great and professional salesman, he is honest and not “just trying to sell you”. He explains everything in details, tells it how it is, and spends all the time needed. Truly appreciate him!

I had a wonderful experience with Kurt Jinks - Warranty Manager of Ryan Holmes. I had several minor issues of which all were handled in a proper and timely fashion. Kurt was knowledgeable, Courteous and helpful with solving my Home issues.

I want to thank Kurt Jinks for going above and beyond when he didn't have to. He made sure he personally handled our problem with our AC unit. I placed a call left a message not even a few hrs later Kurt was reaching out to me letting me know he was getting intouch with the right person to handle our problem. My experience with the builder is a nightmare, to say the least. This weekend I got another surprise on a water leak that I already provided to the builder from My home inspector and now I have cabinets we paid extra for not being useeable in our laundry room due to height instaĺled. I was had no response or sense of urgency at all! We went without AC in my master bedroom for 3 weeks, no hot water or pressure in the master shower for over a month. The list was provided to them before closing. The money spent was not up to standard for this home. I contacted upper management a few items were addressed but not all. Well it's almost 9 months my list continues to grow and they are nonresponsive to original items and new warranty requests as well. Hone design and property is a 10. Quali
