My experience with Ryan Homes was positive overall. There were a few hurdles — two push-out closing dates and my loan officer’s resignation midway — but things ultimately came together. Haris was the standout! He handled my orientation like a rock star and followed up promptly on post-closing issues. The HVAC sensor needed replacement, and the gutter cleaning left a mess on my sidewalk for closing day, but both were addressed. Overall, I’m pleased with my new home and appreciate Haris’s professionalism and follow-through.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with my new home builder representative, Pernell Rowe. He was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Pernell was informative, checked in with me weekly, and always kept me updated on the progress of my new home. A huge thank you as well to my project manager, Josh Brubaker — he was the best! Josh took the time to make sure my husband and I understood how everything in our new home worked. His attention to detail and thorough walkthrough made us feel confident and excited. Thank you, Ryan Homes, for our beautiful new home! We are beyond grateful and thrilled with the final result.
