Ryan Homes at Madison Farms Townhomes in Bethlehem, PA has been nothing short of amazing. Buying a new home, especially your first one, can be a little nerve racking. With Ryan Homes they gave me 100% turn key solution. My mind is at ease and I'm super excited to move in my new home. Janelle Massey could be Ryan Homes best employee. She is my favorite and will be invited to my house warming party!
I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Overpriced, HORRIBLE construction and never ending problems. You pay for location and that’s 100% it. Ryan Homes is the Kia dealership of home builders and honestly, Kia owners are probably a lot happier after their purchase than Ryan Homes owners.
Ryan’s home is horrible… do your homework!!! Please research and look for real reviews concerning them. I witness first hand sneakiness of there company. Join the Nancy run group on fb and see all the bad reviews. We have ton on pictures to prove what we say.
Don't buy Ryan Home. I would give zero if it existed.. Cheapest quality that can be built. Do your research into the family that owns Ryan home and all your questions will be answered regarding dishonest business practices.
The homes here are beautiful and well put together all while being complete in a good amount of time. Also a great location. Would definitely recommend!
