Just signed the new home contract and everything are ok. Hopefully the building the home, interior, upgrades, appliances, exterior.... will be fine.
DO NOT USE NVR MORTGAGE / RYAN HOMES. THEY SET MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR APPROVAL TO GET YOUR DOWN PAYMENT MONEY JUST TO CONSTANTLY MOVE THE GOAL POST. OUR DEAL WAS $65,000 DOWN AND IT TURNED INTO NEEDING $135,000 TOTAL TO CLOSE EVEN AFTER CLEARING ALL CONDITIONS TO CLOSE. READ REVIEWS ON NVR, THEY ARE ALL TRUE.
