The process has been smooth so far, and Joseph Lopez and Dwight McCain have been outstanding. We searched for months and after a few repeat visits we knew that Ryan was the builder we wanted to go with. Super happy that Joseph Lopez was our sales rep he's one of the best guys we've ever met. Copperleaf is exactly what I've been looking for. There's space between the homes and decent back yards. I chose Ryan Homes to build my home. Joseph, better known as Mr Lopez, took be to tour a couple of homes and allowed me to pick my space. He has been with me every step. His answers are rarely NO. It's more, "let me see what I can do" then he returns with how to make what I want done work. The Ryan Homes team work together, wonderfully, to make my dreams come true. I met a neighbor, truly fantastic. This is a new development, but the team is going to change a new development into a fantastic neighborhood. I thank Joseph for bringing my vision to fruition.
