This place deserves a 0 star, I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this townhome association, and I can honestly say it was a frustrating. The communication was terrible—calls and emails were either ignored or responded to days later with vague answers. The sales team seemed disorganized, often providing conflicting information and leaving out important details about the property and fees. Additionally, the paperwork process was unnecessarily complicated and took far longer than expected, with little explanation or guidance.
