I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment community. The management and maintenance teams consistently go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Anytime I’ve had an issue or submitted a maintenance request, it has been handled quickly, efficiently, and with genuine kindness. What really stands out is how professional and approachable the staff are. They’re always friendly, responsive, and truly seem to care about the residents and the quality of the community. I had the immense pleasure of interacting with Christina with a friend of mine that is moving into this community and I had to take a minute to let her know how much we appreciated the interaction. Christina is the epitome of professionalism. My friend and I’s interaction with her this past weekend was amazing!! She was so kind and friendly and more than willing to answer all of my friend’s questions about the apartment and community as a whole. I’ve had such a great experience living here! Communication from the management team has been helpful and consistent, which makes everything from maintenance requests to general updates easy and stress-free. The community is well maintained, and it’s clear they put effort into keeping the property clean and in good shape. One of the best parts is how quiet and peaceful it is. It truly feels like a comfortable place to come home to. I would definitely recommend Rutherford Glen to anyone looking for a well-run and calm apartment community.

For the love of God, whatever you do…. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Yes, the property looks nice. They keep the outside looking great, but everything else is a complete disaster. I’ve lived here through two leases (27 months total) since February 2024, and during that time there have been three different management teams and constant turnover in regional leadership. This is the only property I’ve ever lived in where you can’t even reach someone in the regional office. During my first lease I dealt with a roach infestation from summer 2024 through November 2024 because a neighboring apartment was left unattended. I’ve been living here for about five months now, and I’ve been very happy with my experience so far. The community is calm, the neighbors are friendly, and the management has been supportive . Kristina, in particular, has been extremely helpful throughout our move-in process and with any issues we’ve had along the way. I feel safe taking my son outside for walks, and the secure gates give me peace of mind. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed living here.
