Hey Russ, twice now your people have ignored my no soliciting sign to leave trash on my doorstep. I have video of your people doing this across the neighborhood. If you're going to spam people with mail, you should at least do it properly through the mail.

I was on the buying end of a Russ Eskilson listing in Bay Park. After reviewing all the offers my agent contacted me to let me know we were the highest bid and had a verbal agreement from Russ that they were going with me. I received, signed and sent back the counter. Some time had passed and I got a bit anxious and asked my agent why we hadn't received the contract, he assured me this was standard and reached out to Russ's office, no response. Two days passed and the listing went pending to another buyer, not a word from Russ's office, not an opportunity to come up on my bid, NOTHING. Needless to say I was disappointed.
