I have finally moved out of this place for good and I have never been more relieved. This place is a roach motel where my roommates and I saw a roach every single night in our apartment even though we were all clean people. Management is never available and is always conveniently “in meetings” whenever we had a question. Renovations were done without our consent during finals, which stressed us all out, and they never specified which days renovations would be done in a timely manner. When renovations were in place, they left our items strewn around and were a fire hazard. We could not use the bathrooms in our apartment for 24 hrs when renovations were happening. Absolutely love living here! Community is amazing and all resources are always clean. Building is well maintained and great for socializing. Also feel very safe here with the security that circles within the building. The usage of ButterflyMX and the tap keys also adds to the hotel-like feel of the place. Highly recommend!

management wants to charge me a partial paint fee for spackling holes in my wall? let’s talk about the partial paint you got on my stuff when you did pop up renovations. my 2 years at rush student living were highlighted by roaches, mold, lazy maintenance, predatory management & towing, and surprise renovations.

Not impressed. 1) every month they conduct apartment inspections, and nothing you can do about it. That’s an invasion of privacy. 2) predatory practices to overcharge residents for anything. they are very creative at charging for little things you can’t even imagine to make money off students. 3) they are not picking up trash when they say they would quite regularly (but yet students are still paying for the service). 4) they chose to enter the apartments to fumigate for insects regardless whether there are insects in the apartments, and nothing you can do about stopping them from spraying toxic chemicals. 5) they turn water off and don’t even say why. There is always something. Not impressed. Only good thing is walking distance to the campus.

The wifi last year was really good. But this year it is very slow and about once a week you WILL lose wifi for up to 2 hours. Needs to be fixed immediately. The apartments are also filthy, and there are constantly people coming into your room. Monthly inspections, pest control, etc. Being close to campus is a plus, but for the price it’s not worth it.
