Rush Hollow by Pulte Homes

My experience with Pulte Homes as the builder was overall very positive. I received consistent weekly updates throughout the process, and the construction team did an excellent job. The home turned out beautifully, with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Even though the process took a bit longer, I still closed on time. Their communication and professionalism throughout the build made a big difference. The biggest issue I faced was with Pulte Mortgage. They promoted a down payment and closing cost incentive, but accessing that support was extremely difficult. I worked with two different mortgage representatives who constantly gave me conflicting information, and I had to resubmit the same documents multiple times. I wouldn't work with them again. They don't stick to their agreements well and take several days to get back to you. We had applied for a mortgage and it took them a full business week to schedule and appointment with us because the person who meets with you virtually was on a vacation. We know this because she told us this when we asked why our application made on Monday wasn't discussed until Friday of that week. When we decided to terminate the purchase agreement, it took over two weeks for Pulte to finalize the process. They even tried to get us to sign paperwork that included a $575 appraisal on a home we decided not to purchase. Why would be pay for an appraisal on a home we changed our minds about? Pulte isn't worth your time or money in my opinion. Buy a new home elsewhere.
